Art. 1 Request of availability and reservations
The reservation request shall be sent via email at the address email@example.com made by calling the numbers indicated.
The reservation will be considered valid only when the structure will have notified availability to the customers. The notification will be sent to the customer via email, also including all the details concerning the reservation. The reservation details will have to be shown at check-in.
Art. 2 Means of payment
Reservations will be considered completely valid from the day of reception of the bank transfer. The deposit will in no case be refunded.
Art. False declarations
The false or incomplete personal data declaration, fundamental for reservationsand the failure to pay the depositwithin the timings and modalities indicated will cause the immediate loss of the right of priority.
Therefore, the partial or complete unsuccessfulnessof the deposit payment will be considered as non-payment.
Art. 4 Payment of the amount outstanding
Payment of the amount outstanding for reservations made with at least 7 days in advance.
The amount outstanding shall be paid in cash at check-in
The access to the reserved room will not be allowed in case of non-payment
The failure to pay the amount outstanding will automatically allow the collection of the due amount and of any ancillary costs.
Art. 5 Reservation cancellation
In case of reservation cancellation, the customer shall immediatly give communication to the dtructure. The deposit that confirmed your reservation will be returned to the customer only if the reservation cancellation is done with an adcance notice of 7 days.
In case the reservation cancellation is due to our unavailability, we will make sure that the customer is immediatly informed, also suggesting an alternative accommodation structure.
The b&b will not take responsibility for cancellations due to cases of force majeur.
Art. 6 Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is allowed from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
On departure day, the room must be left empty not later than 10:00 a.m.
Art. 7. Housekeeping and maintenance service
During the stay, the room must be left empty by 10.00 a.m., in order to allow the housekeeping service that will be carried out on a daily basis.
In case of delay or expressely requested by the customer, the service won’t be carried out.
Maitenance personnel reserve the right to enter the room in order to allow the necessary and urgent maitenante works.
Art. 8 Linen change
Bath linen will be changed every three days, while bed linen every four days.
Art. 9 Breakfast
Breakfast will be provided in the apartment and will be available from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
Art. 10 Customer’s responsibility
In case the customer and his guests cause damages to the structure or the accessories of the room, the customer will be held liable for it.
On the day of departure the customer will be required to pay compensation for any damage caused.
In no case the customer is allowed to host third persons in the rooms.
Art. 11 Bed & Breakfast’s responsibility
The b&b will not take responsibility for damages to persons or things in detriment of the customers caused by fires, robberies or other criminal activities.
Art. 12 Controversies
In case of controversies, the applicable law will be the Italian one and the Law Court in Bologna will be competent. The booking confirmation entails that the Customer knows and accepts the terms, conditions and specific rules established by the room & breakfast and by law. In case some conditions were or will become invalid or in case the are deficiencies, the rest of the conditions will not be affected.
